Afrouz Razavi Design Studio is a visual communication and creative design atelier founded in 2011. Rooted in information design, graphic design, signage, and visual identity systems, the studio particularly focuses on projects related to social design, urban space, and ecology. Each project is developed in close connection with its context and built through a collective and participatory process, combining digital expertise with fabrication and object design.

Our Creations
Wayfinding and Public Spaces
We design clear and functional wayfinding systems to guide, inform, and identify within public spaces and institutions. From research and analysis to final installation, we manage the entire process. Through our network of fabrication workshops, we produce prototypes and develop precise solutions that meet the highest standards.Exhibition Scenography Creating immersive exhibition designs that combine storytelling and spatial creativity.
Social Design
Through design and communication tools, we develop solutions tailored to the specific needs of territories, organizations, and social contexts. We design and lead participatory workshops, create collective murals, develop furniture, and design educational tools that encourage dialogue, participation, and collective engagement.
Scenography
We create immersive experiences that combine storytelling and spatial creativity for exhibition spaces, museums, and a variety of cultural environments.
Visual Identity and Information Design
We develop visual identities as coherent and evolving systems capable of expressing a vision and structuring information. We also transform complex data into clear and impactful visuals through infographics and data visualizations.
Editorial Design
We design books, fanzines, newspapers, and a wide range of editorial materials, with particular attention given to the design of the object itself in relation to its context.

Afrouz Razvai
Afrouz Razavi, is a Paris-based graphic designer, art director and founder of Afrouz Razavi Design Studio. A graduate of the Paris National School of Decorative Arts and the Paris National School of Fine Arts, her academic foundation merges creative and innovative exploration with rigorous design research.
Afrouz teaches visual communication and design systems at renowned institutions such as École Institut-Lab Paris and the École ECV of Paris at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels. Beyond teaching, she has led regularly workshops on a range of design topics for universities in France and for international board, fostering creativity and collaboration on a global scale.
Between 2014 and 2019, Afrouz collaborated with Intégral Ruedi Baur Paris, where she contributed to high-profile projects like Le Centquatre-Paris, the Confluences Museum in Lyon, Grand Paris Express (Paris metroploe transport system), UNESCO, the Princess Grace Hospital Center in Monaco, and the Etang District in Geneva.
Her work and research have been presented in academic institutions such as Sciences Po Lille, UNAIDS in Geneva, Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, University of Trieste in Italy, Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in China, among others.
