Visual identity for communication design of Confluences museum in Lyon, France. For this project at the Museum of Confluences, we developed its visual identity inspired by the museum’s location at the confluence of two rivers, its constructivist architecture, and its multidisciplinary content spanning social, artistic, cultural, scientific, and historical fields.

The concept revolved around the interplay of two contrasting visual elements, reflecting the museum’s diverse themes and offering visitors a window into its content. The combined logo featured typography and graphic elements, often placed against backgrounds showcasing the museum’s collections and exhibits.

Over a period of two years, we collaborated with the museum to design all communication materials, including posters, exhibition signage, brochures, and catalogs for both permanent and temporary exhibitions. Additionally, we worked closely with them on various visual elements for the grand opening of the museum, ensuring a consistent and impactful design approach across all platforms
