ÎLE SEGUIN GARDEN, BOULOGNE

Île Seguin continues its transformation with the opening of Gauthier-Mougin Park. Combining nature and art, this 1.5-hectare garden brings new life to a site deeply connected to the history of the former Renault factories.

Within this context, we designed a wayfinding system directly inspired by the island’s geographical setting between two branches of the Seine. Using hand-painted acrylic illustrations, we sought to evoke the presence of water and the unique character of the island, developing a graphic language inspired by landscapes, flows, and the relationship between land and water.

This concept was implemented throughout the entire park. Panoramic landscape illustrations were integrated into the signage system, creating visual landmarks that guide visitors while combining orientation, information, and immersion within the environment.
